At Giraffe Promotions, we offer different delivery options for addresses with United Kingdom postcodes. We regret that we do not usually send goods outside the UK.

Here are our despatch options for UK orders:

Standard delivery

Our STANDARD delivery option applies to all orders of £149.99 (ex VAT) or less. 

We send these orders by Royal Mail 48 hour post. We’ll produce and despatch your items within 21 working days from the date of your order.

Free delivery on orders over £150

We offer FREE delivery on all orders of £150 (ex VAT) or more.
We send these orders by Royal Mail 48 hour post. We’ll produce and despatch your items within 21 working days from the date of your order.

Priority despatch

If you need your order quickly, we offer a PRIORITY option. We’ll produce and despatch the items to you within 10 working days. 

Please note, when you pay for the faster service, it means we prioritise the processing and production of your order. We may use the standard delivery service once we have completed production.

At peak production times, the priority option might not always be available.

Giraffe’s working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
