The Giraffe service
We own, operate and make available the Giraffe website and the Giraffe service, and we require you to register with us before ordering any Giraffe products from this site.
You agree to provide us with accurate and complete personal details and other information about yourself. You must be at least 18 years old to order from this site.
In addition, you agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Online store terms

Ordering
All orders of Giraffe products are subject to availability and to us accepting them. We will contact you if any Giraffe products that you have ordered are unavailable. You will have the option either to wait until the Giraffe product in question is available from stock or to cancel your order.
If we are unable to supply the Giraffe product that you have ordered and you therefore decide to cancel the order, we will reimburse your payment in full.
How to order
You can submit an order by clicking on the Giraffe product you wish to purchase. We will ask you for the size, colour and any personalisation details you wish to have embroidered or printed on the product. This will take you to an online order page, which will provide further information about the ordering process.
You will receive clear instructions for completing the order form and you should provide complete personal details, including the accurate postcode of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.
Please complete all the boxes on the order form. Boxes marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. This is to ensure we have all the necessary information to make a successful delivery.
If you wish to have your Giraffe products personalised or are purchasing as part of an affiliated group, select from the relevant menu bars in the customisation section of the order page. You may also fill out the personal customisation section on the order page if you wish to have your Giraffe products customised with a name.
You agree and acknowledge to check your order before submitting it and in particular to check that any customisation details are correct. This includes the spelling and any punctuation required.
Once you have completed the order form click on the button marked “Next” on the Order Confirmation page. The final screen confirms your order number. As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an email confirming your order details and advising you that your order is being processed.
Once the order is fully processed and we have confirmed your chosen products are available and verified your payment details, we will send you an email to confirm that we accept your order. The confirmation email will also contain a copy of these Terms and Conditions. We advise you to download/print and retain a copy of the confirmation email.
Prices
All prices and offers quoted are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and remain valid as advertised from time to time.
Giraffe’s VAT registration number is 426 2464 05.
Modifications to the service and prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
Delivery
The cost of delivery is additional to the price of the product, unless you qualify for and select our free delivery option. Prices are for UK delivery only. Please contact us for prices to deliver overseas.
Before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the intended recipient’s full address details, including accurate postcode. Include your daytime contact telephone number in case there are any delivery problems. Incorrect delivery details can lead to delays in the delivery of your Giraffe products.

Returns and cancellation
You can return orders for Giraffe products that are not personalised or customised at any time up to 14 working days after delivery.
The 14-day cancellation period does not apply to orders for personalised or customised products. You acknowledge and agree that you cannot amend or cancel orders for personalised or customised products after you have placed the order.
Any Giraffe products that you return to us during the cancellation period must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all the original packaging where possible and with garment tags still attached.
Return any qualifying Giraffe product to Giraffe Returns, 53 Beswick Avenue, Bournemouth BH10 4EY with the returns paperwork enclosed. You should return it within 14 days of the date of your notice of cancellation.
We will credit the original purchaser’s credit card excluding taxes, duties and delivery costs within 30 days from the date of notice of cancellation.
Sale and full-price products
Non-personalised/customised products sold at offer prices in the Giraffe Sale can be returned for an exchange or credit note at any time within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Full-price products sold with sale items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days provided they are not personalised/customised and are unused and in their original packaging.
